Depending on the season, Christophe prepares homemade cuisine using fresh ingredients. From tartlets to beef stew, chicken curry, and the must-have desserts: chocolate mousse, tiramisu, panna cotta with raspberry coulis… During the summer season, meals are served in a basket, to be enjoyed on your private terrace, in the dining room, or by the pool…

- Light meals available during the summer season from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: ravioles, green salad with warm goat’s cheese, tomato mozzarella, charcuterie or cheese board (or others depending on seasonal produce) …
